Agile Innovation: Scrum Inc in Partnership with FutureLab


Innovation is now a top priority for every organization. This workshop brings together the principle thought leaders in the emerging arena of Agile Innovation. This workshop will be led by Moses Ma and Langdon Morris, the co-authors of Agile Innovation, and will be co-facilitated by Jeff Sutherland, CEO of Scrum Inc and the co-creator of Scrum. As the CEO of Scrum Inc., Jeff sets the vision for Scrum. He continues to share best practices with organizations around the globe and has written extensively on Scrum rules and methods. He has helped hundreds of companies use Scrum to drive revenue by dramatically improving quality and productivity, and has done more to further Agile development than anyone on the planet. He is the author of Scrum: The Art of Doing Twice the Work in Half the Time.
